Once signed into the Zip platform, access Zip Academy at https://academy.ziphq.com/
If you are having issues accessing the site, please try accessing it from the Product training section of the help dropdown (question mark icon) in Zip.

I have already signed up through the website, but whenever I try to access the training, it asks for the password again. However, when I sign in again, it says I have the wrong password, even though I was able to sign in to the landing page.

This is frustrating. I've logged in to Zip and it says incorrect password again and not sending the link to re-set. I need Zip training for Procurement related activities including the contract execution process. Please assist. Thanks

Hi Deepak, normally when you log into Zip and click the question mark icon and then choose Product training, that should open the Zip Academy and log you in automatically. I believe (but I'm not 100% certain) that it uses a JWT request to our academy's CMS to log you in already authenticated.
If that's not happening, the only troubleshooting I can suggest would be to log out of Zip, open your browser's settings and clear any saved cookies or site data for zip.com, ziphq.com, and/or skilljar, and then log in to Zip in a fresh browser session and try again.
If you still continue to have difficulty after that, the contact point you want to reach out to is our Support team. You can click the speech bubble icon at the bottom left-hand corner of this article to open a ticket with them, or you can click ? in Zip and choose Chat with support from the drop-down menu, either way, you'll be able to submit a support ticket and our technical troubleshooting team will reply as soon as possible.
